The
customer has an IBM laptop and the operating system is window
2000. We try the HID keyboard device and "allow this device
to wake up the sleep computer", but the keyboard still can't
wake up the computer, we connect a USB mouse to the 5000H with
no luck either. They can't wake up the keyboard that way. |
 |
The
IBM laptop notebook only can be waken up by "FN" key
and power button in suspend mode. As my knowledge and information
from IBM help center, there is no way around because IBM dedicated
S/W locked the wake up by keyboard and/or mouse feature. |

My
PSK-5000H keyboard hot key is not working under Window OS XP. |
 |
Our
PSK-5000H fashion keyboard does not require any driver to support
hot key Vol+, Vol-, Mute and suspend (sleep) function under Windows
OS XP.
1.However, if customers encounter hot key problem, please check the following
two
items first.
2.Has sound card or sound card driver been installed properly?
If there is any Microsoft Intellitype keyboard driver been installed or Logitech
keyboard driver been installed, please remove them because the
driver from these two companies are to override standard hot key code to their
own key code. |
